Tips to Pass Administrative and Diplomatic Officers (PTD): Examination, PAC and Interview

PTD is one of the government post that easily call you to attend the examination (if you are completed the registration in SPA website), but hardly to pass every stages to get you to become one! To entitle you to become a PTD, you must completed 3 stages: i) Examination ii) PTD Accessment Centre iii) Interview.

How to pass the exam:
i) You need to have a knowledge about Malaysia and its surrounding.

ii) You need to know how to solve a simple math.

iii) You need to comprehend the essay in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

iv) You need to know how to write a good essay in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

How to pass the PAC:
After you passed the exam, you will go to the second stage - The PTD Accessment Centre (PAC).
i) Prepare yourself with a knowledge about the issue happen within Malaysia.

ii) Please get ready by preparing yourself with the communication skill where you will go to the 2 sessions of debate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Give a good point during the conversation and be confident. However don't ever hurt/down another people just because you want to win!

ii) Be friendly and be really truly you! Don't be hypocrite because you also will be measure base on your attitude.

iii) Ready yourself with a physical fitness because you will go through the physical accessment and this is terribe for those who never done any exercise before the PAC.

How to pass the interview:
Before come to the interview:-
* Wear nicely and official. Seriously you are rated base on how you look like. The words "don't judge books by it's cover" is not applicable at all! You are rated base on everything; your appearance, your attitude, ethics, knowledge, etc.

* Complete all the required documents to bring along during the session.

During the interview:-
* Comprehend yourself with government policy. Dasar Pensyarikatan, Dasar Penswastaan etc.

* What you understand about the responsibilities of PTD?
